How much does the euTALK package cost?

euTALK customers pay £7.25 per month (incl. VAT) if paid by direct debit. Payments by other methods incur a £1.00 surcharge.

What is the euTALK service?

You can enjoy FREE calls, for up to one hour per call, to all UK landlines at any time.

How much will my calls cost?

All calls to any UK landline number at any time are FREE, for up to one hour per call, and are charged at 2.5 pence per minute (incl. VAT) thereafter. Please note that this excludes calls to non-geographic numbers such as 08xxx, 09xxx, mobiles and premium rated numbers.

Can I switch to euTALK from my existing package?

Yes, if you switch from your existing service package, your new euTALK service will take effect within 24 hours. (IDA may take a little longer.)

Can I add or remove service extras in any month?

Customers who are on the new service package may add or remove any product extras. All changes will be effective from the 1st day of the following month, for a minimum of one month.

Can I carry over unused minutes on my mobile service extra to the following month?

Unused minutes cannot be carried over to the following month.

Does a minimum contract term apply?

No, there is no minimum contract term for the euTALK service.

Will I be charged if a call runs longer than 60 minutes?

Yes, all calls of greater than 60 minutes duration incur a minimum call charge of 4.7p for the first minute and a standard rate of 2.5p per minute thereafter, both incl. VAT.
